返金ポリシー

 【キャンセル・返品・交換について】

（１）商品到着日より7日以内にご連絡をいただいた場合のみお受けしております。

返品ご希望の際は当店まで下記内容を明記の上、メールにてご連絡ください。
・お名前
・お電話番号
・返品ご希望の商品番号
・返品理由
・ご返金先口座情報（銀行名、支店名、支店番号、口座種別、口座番号、ご名義人様お名前）
※すでにお支払いをいただいている場合
（２）前項にかかわらず、下記の商品についてはキャンセル、返品、交換をお受けすることができませんので、ご注意ください。

・セール商品など、返品をお断りしている商品の場合
・商品到着より 7日以上経過している場合
・パッケージ（袋・ケース）のない商品
・商品の使用、洗濯をされている場合
・お客様の責任で破損、汚損の生じた場合
・お客様ご自身で修理・加工などをされた場合
・お客様のご都合による返品が何度も繰り返し行われた場合
・事前のご連絡無くご返品された場合
・その他、商品紹介ページに返品できない旨が明記されている商品
当店の過失による場合（現物が明らかにページの記載と異なるなど）は、送料や手数料は当店が負担いたします。
お客様のご都合で返品される場合（イメージとの相違、サイズが合わないなど）は、恐れ入りますが送料や手数料はご負担をお願い致します。

REFUND POLICY

(1) We accept only if you contact us within 7 days from the date of arrival of the product.

If you wish to return the product, please contact us by e-mail with the following details clearly stated.

  • Your name
  • Your phone number
  • Item number you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Refund destination account information (bank name, branch name, branch number, account type, account number, name of the holder)  * If you have already paid

(2) Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, please note that we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for the following products.

  • For products that are not returned, such as sale products.
  • If more than 7 days have passed since the item arrived.
  • Products without packages (bags / cases)
  • When the product is used or washed
  • If the customer is responsible for damage or stains.
  • When the customer repairs or processes the product by himself / herself
  • When returns are made over and over again due to customer’s convenience
  • If the product is returned without prior notice

Other products that clearly state that they cannot be returned on the product introduction page
In case of our negligence (such as the actual item is clearly different from the description on the page), we will bear the shipping and handling charges.
If the product is returned for your convenience (difference from the image, size does not match, etc.), we apologize for the inconvenience, but please bear the shipping and handling charges.
